Hello, I'm Tammy, a Nature-Based Therapist and a Forest Therapy Guide. My goal is to reconnect my clients to nature on a deeper level, help lower stress, anxiety and overcome life's challenges. In our present historical juncture, marked by unique times, there has been a surge in fear, stress and people feeling overwhelmed. It is evident that the conventional tools provided by our culture for navigating these challenges are proving insufficient. Facilitating a partnership between people and the natural world have proven successful to overcome life's challenges. Physicians all over the world are emphasizing nature as the fourth pillar of health. Powerful resources like Nature combined with Psychology, Forest Therapy Tours and Nature Immersion Retreat Centers, help individuals manage anxiety, stress, and life challenges and reconnects people to Nature on a deeper level. These are the core foundations to my business model. As well when my staff or I are working with clients and students, we emphasize the importance of aligning with their inner compass and one's own integrity, — your deep-seated authentic self. Many humans are drawn to social norms and suppress their natural instincts and their self integrity. While animals seamlessly employ their internal navigation system, societal norms often redirect humans away from recognizing its potential.
